About JC Property Management
Cody and Jenn MacDonald started JC Property Management in 2014, with a single Kijiji ad and a passion to become entrepreneurs. In 2014 and 2015, the company was under 20 units. In 2016, we grew to approximately 50 units. As of November 2019, JC Property Management manages over 150 units!
JCPM provides rental management for commercial buildings, residential units, and cottages. We also provide seasonal property monitoring for clients that have vacation homes on PEI or for clients that travel seasonally.
We want to make owning investment properties a lot less stressful. We have designed our services so that you can just relax while we take care of all the daily requirements of managing the property.
