SEASONAL PROPERTY MONITORING 

Did you know that most insurance companies require properties to be checked at least once a week?

While the most common worry about a vacant property is break and enter, there is more to worry about. Some of the biggest and most costly damage can be caused by weather.

When you leave your seasonal property or home at anytime during the year, wouldn’t you like some peace of mind knowing the property is being monitored?

JCPM offers weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly inspections. After each of our visits, you will receive information about your property’s current condition and if there are any repairs to attend to. In an emergency we will call to notify you, document the issue for insurance,  call proper authorities if needed, and continue to work for you with authorities and/or insurance companies if needed. VACATION PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Managing all day to day operations of Vacation properties, opening and preparing cottages for season, working with tourism PEI for licensing and inspections, advertising, guests reservations and inquiries, 24/7 contact for emergencies, cleaning and preparation between guests, and closing cottages at the end of the season.
